OUR HISTORY
Brodmill Construction was established through the partnership of Brodwill Construction (Pty) Ltd, founded by David Brooks, and Milta Construction, founded by Jafta. The formation of Brodmill Construction reflects the natural progression of a trusted professional relationship into a unified business, built on shared values, complementary expertise, and a common vision for sustainable growth within South Africa's construction sector.
By combining strong technical capability, operational experience, and proven delivery across commercial, industrial, and public-sector projects, Brodmill Construction is positioned to execute complex developments at scale.
